I know these seggestions might sound dumb, but just read anyways.
(PS before engaging in anything, make sure your goals of children match her own at the same time frame.)
1)Use no protection whatsoever. If you use condoms, dont. If shes on the pill, she needs to get off it. Usually when the woman is on the pill, they are very firtile when they sone use it anymore.
2)Plan together her calender of time frames when she is ovulating and when she isnt. Usually she is ovulating 14 days before her period starts or 14 days after her period stops.
3)If those dont work, see a doctor for prescribed medicine that will boost up her level of eggs. This will alow more than one egg to be released during ovulation and will allow a bigger percentage of pregnancy.
4)Still doesnt work, try herbal treatments. I not too knowledgable about those, so you will have to look those up yourself.
5)Still not working, you can try going to the doctors and extracting one of her eggs and one of your sperms to have them fertilize in a test tube. Basically, a test tube baby. Once the egg is fertilized, it will be implanted back inside of your wifes uterus so she can grow the baby naturally.
6)If all those fail, then you might want to get firtility tests. (you might want to have done that in the beginning). One of you might not have any active sperm or eggs. One of you might be sterile.
7)If either of you are sterile, then i suggest adoption. There is nothing more you can do.
8)If you arnt sterile, then its all a matter of time. Even though it might seem easy for people to get pregnant, its actually very hard and it takes time and patience, as well as other factors like health and weather.
good luck

I agree with Carole reply to some extent, as company of kids do bring some sort of hormonal activity that induces pregnancy it may sound weird as she say but have seen happening in few cases myself. My very close friend's wife conceived after 9 years of her marriage & so was a case in my neighborhood they has child after 4 years of marriage. Best is getting a check up done by a good gynecologist who can be the best adviser in such a case.

I'm presuming you've not been using contraception for a while now? It can take up to 2 years for normal healthy people to get pregnant, and a whole lot longer if one, or both of you have problems. It's much easier for the male to get a sperm count, so firstly, get one done, to allay your fears. If your sperm count is OK, then you and your partner need to make an appointment with a fertility specialist, and take it from there. Good luck.

This may sound weird but I have noticed that women who are exposed to babies a lot seem to fall pregnant more easily. Two friends of mine who each adopted a baby after years of unsuccessfully trying fell pregnant immediately afterwards.
Also an orgasm by her increases the chances.

sex usually works ;p
no but seriously...you should go to the doctor and get checked out. If you've ben trying and not getting pregnant, you may want to have a sperm count and she may want to have an ultrasound of her ovaries and that generally area. And just see what the doctors suggest.
Also... if you are wearing brief underwear...stop it, you need to wear boxers or go solo.

You have a little thing called sex.
Also make sure she has an orgasm. Plus it sounds like you may wanna see the doc. Or a sex therapist.
