it didnt fail cuz i had made the right calculations n chose the right diet
a diet doesnt mean eating nothing
a normal diet includes not overeating but getting less calories than u burn BY DOING EXERCISE or getting some sort of truly unhealthy food out of ur meals 4 abt a week.....
plus diets r exhausting ur organism more than helping u lose that irritating couple of pounds. the key is working out intensively not dropping saliva over foods ur body needs in certain quantities. eat everythin u want but in small proportions n abt 5 times a day( a small proportion means as much as ur palm holds )
hope i was helpful 2 those who do dieting even though i dont completely approve diets but sometimes they r necessary

Most diets fail because they aren't coupled with proper exercise....and to be honest...most of the people I know don't follow their diet plans to the max....so it doesn't work as good as it should....I lost 100 lbs on the Homeless Diet haha!
