you can only get phone line power and that is not from the internet. Be no different if the internet was connected or you were talking to your neighbour on the phone.

electricity needs a conductor to be transferred from one place to another in a practical way. This is why we use cables to transmit it, copper and other metals mostly. So, an electrical current must comply with the ohm law
Intensity = voltage/resistence
Come on, you must know internet is a very complex system composed of not only of tiny cables in which very small electrical current is transferred, but also, a network of very sofisticated (and delicate) instruments, such as satellites, optical fiber, circuits and processors... so the tiny electrical signal transmited from a computer has to go trough many transformations, Such as light signals from the server to the node and then from the node to an antenna which transmit a signal to the satellite and back to earth by using microwaves, and a series of processors transform it back to optical signals, then a very complex system and relays, transform it back to digital electrical signals.... All this process consume a hughe amount of energy So for practical matters, it is impossible to transmit energy through internet. ONLY DIGITAL SIGNALS.

It takes more energy to send electical energy over long distances which is implied in internet.
As of now, electrical energy is transmitted from the generating station to the consumers via transmission towers and overhead wires and cables.
Internet also uses electrical signals for transmitting information.

Can you define 'energy' ?
I bet you can't fully explain it with physics!
Energy is still a mystery to a large degree, and the limitations
we face using our numerical scale and our understanding of
'How Things Work' will ultimately have to evolve along with our understanding before it can be completely understood or explained.
I do believe our brains/minds have the ability to transmit power through the air,so you really don't need the internet slowing the whole process down!
Telekinesis has been proved in the science lab, and remote viewing has been used by the U.S. government with extreme success. They're psychics that can do incredible things such as implant thoughts into an individuals mind and get them to confess to a crime or to change their behavior.
I'm disappointed that I wont be around in 200 yrs. to see all of the really cool things that we as humans are able to accomplish with our brains/minds!!
We've only begun to peek out of our 'caves'!! We're still a bunch of knuckle draggers.

Yes. Sound energy can be sent via the internet.
In the context of physical sciences, several forms of energy have been defined. These include:
Thermal energy popularly known as heat
Chemical energy
Electrical energy
Radiant energy commonly known as light energy
Nuclear energy
Magnetic energy
Elastic energy
Sound Energy

Wan to correct Manuelon..
Intensity is not voltage by resistance.
Current is voltage by resistance. both r represented by I. but voltage by resistance is current, thats for sure.
All the other things that he has said, might b correct.
