Start with the FEYNMAN Lectures Series of books (1,2 &3);
You could get access to better staff +Lab +Library resources
at Tier-I institutes in India or any of the Physics sub-domain institutes for higher specializations - Why not get some MERIT scholarships & with a IISc Scholarship (for UG students) get a head start into the Ivy leagues? & then in your final years come back & build /direct construction of cutting edge/great lab here!

Learning on the first place started on yourself.
Read books or magazines.
Do some real physical observations.
Wonder your mind to small thing and big things.
Do some experiments.
Ask some friends how it is done, if you are confused.
Real physical happenings are phenomena, its a challenge.
Learn also mathematics, geometry, make some fun with them.
If you start now, understand them, there is no problem.
You can enroll to any school related to your carrer.

I don't know what a 'XII standard student' is, but it's probably not relevant. My biased opinion is that MIT is the best. You should be asking what colleges would be good and appropriate for you. That's part of the job of your school's guidance counselor. No one can give you a good answer until they know you.
