no. he can't run. Per the 22nd amendment he's termed out.
As for the foreigners that have a comment, you should look at your system of social injustice, and the power your government has, what it can and can't do (and what your guaranteed RIGHTS are - none) before you crack on America. Especially you Brits. You have no guarantee to free press, religion, etc. So you may enjoy some of these opportunities, but they are not guaranteed to you, but they are in America. (Didn't Blair just serve 10 years and decide to step down? he could have gone on MUCH longer) Mexico serves one 12 year term. other countries don't have the same protections as we do. Bush 43 may have crapped out on us with Iraq, but our economy is still #1 in the world and will be for the foreseeable future. so, in the words of my hero,
bite me you socialist degenerate.

Since he isn't running again, your question is pure theory. An American President can only be elected 2 times and serve a maximum of 10 years.

Hate to waste an answer but just felt like calling JOHN H an idiot and a moron, and asking him about the rules for becoming prime minister of India, or king of England, or President of Pakistan.
You are a stupid jerk. Y/A is not only for ignorant redneck Americans like you to use. Actually, I am surprised someone like you knew the answer. Whoops, just noticed you did not answer the question, did you. Don't you know? Now you can come back and change your answer.

If He choose to run again, why Not?
(Since a US Presidency is only 2 terms and 8 years)
However, Due to His constant, and very Obvious lying, He would never win another election if He choose to run.

According to our Constitution, no. You can only serve two consecutive 4 year terms, or 8 years total. Read the Constitution or at least an abridged version, every U.S. citizen or person who wants to be one really needs to read this.

In U.S.A. only two term is allowed
common man only see the result , if one win he is a hero, if he fail he is a villain. our past ,present and future history is based on this.
but we must see the cause for the action- good things are always decided by merits.not by the victory
