for music 1 gig which is 1000mb can hold 250 songs, so yours would hold roughly 175.
For pictures you can hold roughly 1000 pictures.
For Videos you can have about 670 minutes of video
And your internet does rely on your memory stick so thats ok.... hope i can be of some help and yes yahoo answers dont help with much... hopefully i do tho

That depends on the size of the sofware and the size of the memorystick.
Music files are usually about 3MB. So on at 512 stick that would be about 170 songs max.
Games and Music vary quite a bit. Here are some sources for stuff to get.
