im at the casino in celadon city were team rockets are hiding out in the base ment
i found an elevator but i need how to find the key
now i am atsaffrion city but i dont know what to do all the rockets ar blockiong the doors and i mostly need to know where or how to find that key
plz help me!!!

Just head back to Celadon City and go to the second maze area you'll encounter and head through there and you'll come to a new area where you can fight two more rocket trainers who are sitting around a table. Defeat the one on the bottom and he'll drop the key, with the key head to the elevator.

You fight a trainer in the casino as I remember, then he drops the key (seriously) and runs. That's basicly what I remember doing.
