I want to go to sleep on a positive note. I watched a movie with my family earlier and it felt good. I wasn't worrying about anything and I was able to enjoy the movie for the 2 hours it was on. I liked being around my family as well.

I am sad that I am not able to join the company outing of my bf. We have a long holiday now for indepence day and I'll miss my bf being out of town. And he just told me now that he won't go anywhere w/o me! Yahoo! I will take a splunge on the beach for 2 days!!!

I talked to my brother today!!! He's been on a ship in the gulf (he's a Marine) and I haven't talked to him outside of email since January, so it was amazing to hear his voice again. Definately the highlight of my day and my week and maybe my month! It certainly made me happy, anyway. Hope you have a good night, stay positive!

That today, after 3 years of trying, I finally got accepted to grad school (I'm not a dumba$$, very competitve program). My whole life is about to change for the better and I can't even sleep.

My 18 month old son sleeping peacefully in his crib. I sing John Lennon's Beautiful Boy to him while he's asleep.

me too i love being around my family. when i moved out to live on my own there are always things bothering me. i went back to see my mom a few weeks back and my mind was totally cleared out. just being around my family makes me happy.
