If you blurted a slur towards a coworker and then assaulted another, I'm sure you'd be reprimanded for that behaviour. It's toxic. Who wants that in the workplace? Whether you're in an office or a studio lot.

Yes. It didn't matter that he was homophobic. He's suppossed to be a professional on the job and you just don't carry that kind of attitude in a working environment. The 2nd time he said the word at the Golden Globes (I think it was that) press conference, that was the last nail in the coffin. He brought bad publicity to the show and even though he's working on changing his ways, the damage had already been done. You reap what you sew....

Yes. Read about it and you'll see he should learn to keep his mouth quiet. He's a good actor but his mouth is ruining his career.
