I see some fertile clear/yellowish ones. What do I do with the white ones?

Yes remove them from the tank. They can grow fungus that can spread to the good eggs. I've always used a turkey baster and pulled the bad ones out.

If the parents are caring for the eggs they will tend to it. If you are hatching out this clutch separately you can either remove the white ones very carefully with sterile tweezers or leave them alone and add some methylene blue as an anti-fungal.

Yes, remove the white ones and flush them. They will grow fungus that could attack the fertile eggs and damage them before they hatch.

I would leave them. Most likely the other fish in your tank will eat them. I would not move them because you might cause harm to the other eggs in that tank.
