Ppl see what they want to, so no, it's not accurate. When someone else looks at you in a mirror it may be accurate, but looking at yourself is never accurate. You will either be too critical of yourself or too cocky about your looks, and therefore you will see something different than the average person.

It's bacward from how everyone else sees you. if we are assuming the mirror is a normal mirror and doesnt distort the image it reflects the mirror should be accurate other then the flip in what it reflects, but your PERCEPTION could definatly be skewed, so what YOU see may not necassarily be accurate.

There is no sense in wasting your time looking in the mirror if all you will let yourself see is the external parts of your being.

Because you see yourself everyday, you are accustomed to your physical appearance. It is very likely that a stranger would see you completely different. Keep in mind that you do have to consider the context of this question. A person may suffer from body dysmorphic disorder and completely throw out of context their actual appearance.

It is too acurrate for the ugly but doesn't see deep enough for the pretty to get an accurate assesment of how they look to others.

it's backwards. to get a true view of yourself take a photo and view it by seeing it in a mirror. you will then see yourself as others see you
