Sirius does.
He was fighting to protect harry, alot of the people from the order get hurt, but sirius dies.
Dumbledor does not die until
The Half blood prince.. he dies at the end of it.

Sirius Black...but I don't think he died. He fell through the mirror thing and thus trapped. It's a great book...you should read it again.

As the Ministry was on the lookout for him, he was not allowed out much. His uncle Sirius was killed in the Department of Mysteries by his cousin, the Death Eater Bellatrix Black Lestrange.

Sirius read it anyway though its a great book It was also the hardest for me to read cause you could really feel the anger that was working its way through the characters
