I hope again I am seeing this Q the right way. I use to always document...trouble was I would never clear out the dead file..so the past was becoming my all...now I know to clear out that file..trash it....go on to new files...keep the happy ones..the dear ones..the loved ones..the life learning lesson ones..etc. But toss out the garbage...regrets..guilts..anger..fear..insecurity..etc. these documents are shredded!!!!!! And as long as I live I am sure I will have documents I will treasure..and many others I will shred!

well if its significant, like evertime i go to the bathroom, or brush my teeth, maybe even when i make the perilous trek from my kitchen to the backyard. so you know, when the mood strikes i guess.
