How do you turn/tip a image on Adobe Photoshop CS3?

I was wondering how you can be able to turn your image on Adobe PS CS3. Like, how you're able to flip around your text and adjust it in the position you want it to be in.
Please tell me in a simple way.

Press Ctrl + T (or go to Edit > Free Transform) and then hover your mouse around a corner of the picture until you get a little bent arrow - then click and drag and you will see it rotating. Press Enter when you've got it in the right spot.
