The best things that you can do for your skin is to wash it. A good long soak in the tub will do wonders. If you lay off sugar and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, you can't go wrong. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day to stimulate your circulatory system.

first, eat more vegetables, fruits &drink 8 - 12 glases of water daily.
secondly, take vitamin E & C especially to cleanse all the toksins in ur body.
thirdly cleanse, scrub, toning & mostirize ur skin

stay away from alcohol and smoking, if you drink, sit in a suana afterwards to cleanse the skin, and use a suana regularly anyway, or take long showers at hot level like i do
