Sounds like a scam.
Have you sent them any money ? Did they have a 447 phone number ? Did they have a yahoo/hotmail or other free email account ?

I've never heard of them but that doesnt mean they do not exist. Give it a little time but if you receive no package, they probably do not exist. Maybe they are just a smaller centralized company.
