For your PC to be OK, you have to protect it from viruses and hackers!
The virus is a small program that attach itself to other files from your computer and can harm your computer, by restarting it, freezing it or even by deleting your files or stealing your personal information.
To keep your computer safe from viruses you have to use an anti-virus program, like Norton, AVG, Kaspersky, Avast, Antivir, McAfee, Bit Defender. Some are free and others have trial versions.
Here you have some links to download the free versions of some of the best anti-virus programs, as well as other security tools:

I have the same problem however yours is similar. First you probably have to search for the process created by the virus. control alt delete and look for anything that is similar to the trojan name or website that they want you to purchase from. If you find it, write down the process, end it, then go to computer search and type the process in. If anything comes up, delete it. If that doesnt solve your problem go to "Change or Remove Programs" look for the process name. If it is there, remove the program and it should remove the virus completely. If that doesnt work!!, than restart your computer in safe mode by pressing f5 or f6 repeatedly until a safe mode screen appears. click regular safe mode, log in, scan your computer, and look for any remains of the file, process, or anything of that virus kind in the computer browser(My computer, My documents, C://,etc...) and delete it. Scan your computer one last time and then restart the computer in regular mode. Another good way to get rid of trojans are malware wipers and spyware protection programs. I would consider ad-aware or any other anti-spyware or malware programs.
