If anybody feels sorry for her they need to go to youtube.com and look at clips of accident scenes caused by drunk drivers. Then they need to picture one of their loved ones in that mangled pile of cars. Hope they get the message.....

Not really because drunk driving is so wrong! She did a crime and should pay. Just because she is wealthy and famous does not make her above the law. I do however, think it was wrong of the media to snap photos of her when she obviously is upset. A regular person would not have cameras in their face but maybe this will be what it takes for her to learn her lesson. I think the judge is making an example of her.

What is fair IS fair
Equality is good
I am just sad that all the money and fame she got, she would let herself catch herpes. what a bad disease to have.
Also, she lost her case and now has to spend 42 days in prison under worst psychological stress
I hope she grows out of this a more responsible person
no body would have forgiven her if she got drunk and ran over a little kid or hurt somebody

I don't feel sorry for her for having to go to jail (she's getting what she deserved), but I feel bad for her because people won't leave her alone. If I was being sent to jail and a lot of cameras were taking pictures of me crying and upset, I'd be pretty humiliated, and because of that I can't help but feel a little bad for her.

Why feel srry for someone who commited a crime then ask's for special treatment. There's no way that i would feel even close to srry for her.

Not really, she is finally getting what's coming to her and it goes to show you that just because you're rich and famous doesn't mean that you're above the law.

I really do, if she was a regular kid and had made this mistake, yes she would be in trouble, but the whole world wouldn't be picking it to death. I don't think the rules should be any different for her than others, but I do feel she deserves more privacy in this matter... This is only my opinion!
