First try calling your cell phone from another telephone and see if you can hear your cell phone ringing. Sometime you might have misplace it or forgot where you put it.

If you truly lost your cell phone, you need to contact your cell phone company immediately to lock your account from any outgoing and incoming calls on that phone. Otherwise you will incur charges for calls you didn't not make or receive.

If you have insurance on your cell phone account, then the cell phone company will replace your cell phone and you will pay a deductible of $50.00 once you call your cell phone provider and report that your cell phone was lost. However if you don't have insurance on your cell phone plan, then you will have to pay the full retail price for a new phone with no rebates or discounts.

The best solution is to buy a prepay phone at Walmart, Best Buy, or Target and activate that phone as a contract phone. For example I recently lost my cell phone with Verizon and so I didn't want to pay full retail price for a new phone and so I went out and bought a prepaid Verizon phone at a retail store and replace that phone as my cell phone and activate that phone with my normal contract cell phone plan.

lol your in a bit of complication there.

If you are not sure if you have insurance on it, you can somehow find your last cellphone bill and see if it is listed a charge. You can call your cellphone company, give your account number, and see if you have insurance.

No, I dont think they will give you insurance now that you already have it. I think they only let you buy it when you first purchase the phone.

The insurance, in most cases, costs about 5 dollars a month.

Why don't you go on eBay, purchase a phone, and activate it before your parents find out...?

Hope everything works out.

Call the services line and immediately terminate the contract or else if the person who stole it might use it for other bad purpose
