Hopefully, they will make her look at photos and video clips of accident scenes caused by drunk drivers and superimpose her in those heaps of twisted metal. Maybe she and the other Paris lovers will finally get the message

I think it is safe to say she isn't doing what she usually would be at this time of night, which is partying.
It is likely her "medical condition" is delirium tremors due to alcohol withdrawal.
