all the time during usage of anytype and many times during the startup portion
when i turn on a tv in the same room the computer restarts
please help!

do you have a surge protector on that computer power? if not, then i think that would be your problem.
Replace the power supply if that doesn't solve your problem

Voltage problem......please backup your computer with extra backup power or you might end up damaging your HDD or RAM.
Also try checking wiring problems from an electrician...it might help to solve the problem
