My mind always has like 4 or 5 thoughts running through it at once, sitting stilll and reading and stuff make it worse the only way i have been able to slow my thoghts down is with drugs, is there a real effective way to do this without drugs and that works better then someone telling you to relax

Biofeedback (self meditation)
Music (its hard to think and listen to soothing music)

Maybe, you could research the net and find something. But I strongly encourage you to go to a psychiatrist and get the medications you need to slow down those thoughts. Get the dose right and you should be better. Please try again.

Just sit in a comfortable place with no distractions (or as few as there can be), close your eyes, and take deep breaths repeatedly. When you exhale repeat "one." This will occupy your mind so you concentrate on it instead of your rushing thoughts.

Well, the first thing I'd like to ask is if you have depression or any mental illnesses. Weed does you no good.
