Would have to be tie between "Steel Magnolias" and "Terms of Endearment".
To test it out, go with a guy to the video store, pick up one of these and excitedly exclaim "I think this would be the perfect video for a perfect evening" and wait for the audible groan and look of terror on their face at the prospect of having to sit through either of them.

That's a hard question! "Flightplan" with Jodie Foster has all kinds of stuff to hold even a guy's interest Yet, it can be considered a chick flick I think. I love her movies . Two others are "Nell" and "Contact" that she starred in.
The rest of these were really pretty clean also---
The Princess Diaries
The Prince And Me (Hilary Duff)
Cinderella Story ( Hilary Duff)
Miss Congeniality 1 & 2
First Wives Club
Ghost,
Terms of Endearment,
Steel Magnolias
Parent Trap--Original & remake,
Father of the Bride 1 & 2
Under the Tuscan Sun
Fried Green Tomatoes
You've Got Mail
Sleepless in Seattle
Beaches
The Rose
Arthur 1 and 2
Moonstruck
Love Story
There are literally a bazillion of them!

The best would also be the most famous, therefore I'd vote for STEEL MAGNOLIAS. Can't beat that ensemble mother of all chick flicks.

If there was a poll the most popular would be Dirty Dancing. Or Pretty Woman. If they did a poll of what movies men hate the most both of those movies would probably be in the top 100.
