Your skin tone is key to selecting makeup & clothing colors that are flattering. Here's how to determine your skin tone:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

Well without knowing your eye color I would say don't use pastels, they will wash you out. Use something with some shimmer to it, like a shimmery light brown, or pretty much any color, light purple, pink, blue, green. Stay away from dark colors or you will look like a racoon. Use brown mascara, and some eyeliner if you are going out, I like to smudge the liner with a q-tip after I put the shadow on so they blend together. Use like a tinted lip gloss, you wont want anything too bright, but not lighter then your lips.

a chesnut brown mixed with a little white. I use Lorac, you can buy at sephora, but I used an Avon four eyeshadow compact for years- the same colors, i would rebuy until I decided I had found the perfect tone. I am also fair skinned and have been blonde by entire life until a few months ago.

I got your same coloring. Always, Always, Always, use black eyeliner - it'll really make your eyes pop out. Eye shadow depends alot on you eye color. I wouldn't go too dark, that always kills me, but I love the smokey look, which kinda sucks. I have hazel eyes, and usually go with a gold highlighter shade over my whole lid, then put a shimmery darker (but not really dark) pink over the part from the lash to the crease. Blue eyes look awesome w/ green eyeshadow and brown pops w/ silver. I use silver liquid liner right along my top lash line with a really light blue shadow to go with it when I'm out partying. Its fun, and still looks good.
Hope it helped, good luck!

i have the same problem. a really pretty color for fair skinned blondes is kindof a shimmery medium peach with brown close to the lashes. loreal HIP has a really great set of these colors. it goes really beautifully with fair skin.

m'kay...
actually,
eyeshadow doesn't really matter on the color of one's hair,
it matters on eye color.
typically,
any makeup artist would say the following:
for green eyes, wear plums and purples to make your eyes REALLY pop, but that greens and browns also look good.
for blue eyes, choose pinks, nuetrals, and grays. All of these colors look good! And, if you want a dramatic look, use charcoal colors to make a smokey look.
hopefully this advice was helpful.
:]
good luck!

Mr. Silly puts on makeup as soon as She leaves. Her purple eyeshadow and red lipstick look ravishing on Mr. Silly's face of wonderfulness. It will on yours, too I believe.

stick to pastels. light pinks and greens would probably work best.
also try almay. they have a line for your eye color. it brings out the color in your eyes.
