use the exact amount of weights and both hands and do the same amount of reps and sets. logically your left ad right side of your body will eventually be the same since you are lifting the same weight. though you might notice faster growth on you left if your a rightie or vice versa. this is cause your left side has to play "catch up" to your right side.

I have that same problem. My right bicep is bigger than my left one, and I should try to get the left one to be about the same size as the right one.

i'm thinking taking bets on how long all this is going to final, Bubba! each and every little thing you describe takes dedication, discipline & determination. in case you have have been given all that - sturdy for you. in case you do no longer - then you definately're basically spinning your wheels. you could no longer slack off - 'in view which you do no longer sense like it right this moment' - or - 'i in my view don't have time to fool with it right this moment' - or - 'it won't harm all that lots if I pass right this moment' - or - my friends asked me to 'loaf around' with them right this moment - so - consistent with possibility i'm going to do it the following day. in case you provide up too quickly - you will by no potential understand what you have gotten achieved.

For someone so worried with grammar, shouldn't you use "I" instead of "i", "on my left side" instead of "in..." and, finally, "keeping the right side" instead of "keeping right side"? Just curious.
