I was in a similar situation...
I had a DUI, and got caught driving a couple of times while my license was suspended, and I did not get put in jail.
so... I guess she shouldn't have to go either...
at least I wasn't put on house arrest.
Why should she have to be subjected to harder penalties than the rest of us???
Anyone who says she should be imprisoned ever actually been in jail for the same or similar offenses?
I understand you must make an example of some people, but why not murderers or child molesters?
OJ was equitted of murder charges...
Is being caught driving with a suspended license worse than that?
Give the heiress a break...
like you wouldn't do the same if you were in here position

To Tallie... yes, I was on probation and violated the conditions more than 2X!
I failed numerous drug tests while on probation in addition to being caught while driving while under a suspended license...
I don't think anyone who says Paris should receive the same penalties as the rest of us knows what those penalties are...(none)
I'm not saying I like her...
(the girl's a stupid ****!!!)
but she shouldn't receive harsher punishment than myself!

I think she should be punished, but I agree that this seems to be a bit extreme. She should get the very same punishment that you or I or anyone else should get.
I think it went from being used as an example to a ping pong game of power between Jude Sauer and the sheriff.

Ya understand, i'm commencing as much as experience a sprint sorry for her. before everything i presumed yeah, permit her pass to penitentiary. it must be the suited element for her. i think of she has been badly spoiled from each and all of the money interior the worldwide and over indulgent parenting. She'll stay to tell the story. consistent with danger she would be in a position to make a profitable profession as a rap megastar. Ya understand to be a respected rapper you have had to spend time interior the slammer. i will in basic terms see her now busting the sag swaying back and forth with sufficient bling bling to choke a horse, she would be in a position to start a band with Martha Stewart. that would definetly be exciting.

Nobody is above the law, and courts do not give the same sentence to everyone for the same offense.. they give what they feel like giving that day. That is there power they get.. I know if I would have gotten up and heard her squeaking lil voice in my court room.. KNOWING that while on probation she was still out drinking and parting, she would have the rest of her probation in a damn lesbian prison... But thanks for caring for someone who cares only about herself.. .lol.. funny how the world works...

No I do believe she deserves to go to jail not even because she deserves to brought down to earth because she could have killed someone! You should go to jail to or at least serve sometime! I mean there are thousands of innocent people killed by people under the influence every year! I mean yeah your license was suspended but if you did it again that means you deserve jail time. It all depends onw hat state you are from maybe the cops are more lax where you live...
