Singapore is located in a tropical region of the world, meaning it is primarily hot year-round. I just saw a website that says they have an indoor amusement-park attraction now called "Snow City" where people can go to experience what is like to have actual snow--such as being able to ski, go sledding, etc. Go to www.snowcity.com.sg --the homepage for Snow City.

Singapore is in the Tropics it rarely snows in the Tropics.
It lies 137 kilometers (85 miles) north of the Equator.
Temperatures range from 22°C to 34 °C (72°–93°F).
The lowest and highest temperatures recorded in its maritime history are 18.4 °C (65.1 °F) and 37.8 °C (100.0 °F) respectively.
But they do have this-
SnowCity, Singapore:
Yes, for the first time in sunny Singapore, there is snow!
At Snow City, you can ski, snowboard or snow tube your way down a snow-covered slope. Enjoy snowball fights and learn about life in colder climates.
Or just walk about, touch and play with 'real snow' created with the help of specially-designed snow guns.

The only way you can have snow in the tropics is up on top of a very high mountain.
Singapore as other posters have pointed out is almost on the equator and since the highest point is about 1000 Ft??? or lower the only snow you will get is artificial.
Please do more work on your geography and grammar!

O.K. I thought Singapore gets some snow, if not it is an atmospheric thing. It may NOT snow in that region.

Warm and humid summer temperatures throughout the year (approximately 30ºCor 86ºF during the day and 23ºCor 74ºF in the evening). There is no set wet/dry season. Most rain comes during the northeast monsoon (November to January) and showers are usually sudden and heavy.
