We have 2 computers in our house, so the first one, (Computer A) its monitor exploded on the back because its almost 10 years since we bought it, so there, we have only a monitor left on computer B, When I opened Computer B there, the startup, Windows XP starting and after there the blue screen with the word welcome seems to be out of my sight, I hear the startup sound but no picture in my screen so I can't navigate my pc. So there, I transferred monitor B to computer A, thinking that computer A will work, but due to my unluckiness, during startup I seem to have a problem. I see the word "KEYBOARD IS LOCKED OUT, UNLOCK THE KEY" but I'm not doing anything on it. What seems to be the problem of these two computers of mine? It happened instantly and I have some works to do please help.Thank you so much for those who will help me!

Computer B has the wrong resolution for the screen. Try to go through the options on the monitor and move the screen to the center of the monitor. If possible. If you can do that reduce your screen resolution to as low as possible until the screen expands to the proper size.
Computer A, as someone already suggested, check all the keys, or just swap the keyboard with computer B.

Or buy a new monitor from Walmart. They're cheap.

Issue is easily resolved via a BIOS setting OR (more likely) the PC has a keyhole under the power button that needs to be turned clockwise in order for he PS/2 port for the keyboard to function.

If you do not have the key then just open the PC & disconnect the 2 wire jumper connecting this "lock" to the mainboard. That will do it.

*** cannot believe how many people are overlooking this clearly obvious factor ....

if you had the keyboard for as long as the monitor, then u might think of getting a new one, they are just over 20$ anyway but u might wanna press F2 when the computer restarts and you will be able to unlock the keyboard from the setup utility
