I'm a senior in college, I'm attending undergrad through May 09' due to the 150hr requirement for CPA's... and I have 4 years of schooling after that (part-time) while I'm working.

I have no money, I cannot find a summer job, I have living expenses to worry about... an $80,000 undergraduate tuition bill, and a soon to be masters degree bill that will cost me $55,000.

I'm worried about finances now and in the future.
I heard I can expect 30-40k for my first five years...
I'm in trouble. Plus my grades aren't that great (3.2)

Any advice???

Welcome to the adulthood and being responsible for your own life!

My advise to you is to give yourself some break. Yes, your life will be tough and you know it. You are assuming, you have to finish your college and go right into graduate portion. That is not always possible or practical. Perhaps you might want to work for a year or two, save, then start your masters.

Remember, your goal and get there. If not in a streight way, get it after a detour.

By the way, you are to be congraturated for financing your own education and relying on yourself alone.

There are tons of summer jobs available. Painting houses, working on a railroad track gang, working a grain harvest in the Midwest, there are plenty of jobs in tourist areas such as Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, and so on. You must be limiting yourself fairly severly. As for the longer term, I would suggest working a couple of years after you graduate to pay off debts, before starting a masters program. Your GPA is actually OK. Could you find an employer after you graduate that might have some kind of education reimbursement if you went for an MBA or masters? Many do.
