Yep, it's still played, and it still sells out a full-size professiojal arena too. I went this year and try to go as much as possible. Those are the four teams still in it. It seems BU and BC win it literally every year - Harvard and Northeastern never seem to win it.

RPI and Providence are both good teams too. I went to UMass-Amherst - which has an okay team, not usually great but decent - and they play against teams that are REALLY good (including BU and BC, as well as Maine and New Hampshire). At any rate, I'm originally from the Washington DC area so never paid any attention to hockey, until I moved to Massachusetts and now I'm a diehard college hockey fan.

Of course. Every first and second Monday of February. BU (my alma mater) is always the team to beat. Unfortuately, when it comes to the Frozen Four, BC has become the team to beat. I haven't heard anthing special about RPI and Providence lately...it's still BC and BU. Maine has really become a powerhouse lately.

The two things guys look forward to in February in Beantown is the Beanpot and Sports Illustrated swinmsuit issue.

The Beanpot is still played every Feb. at the "Gahden" (TD Banknorth).

Nothing ever changes, BU is still the team to beat and NU hardly ever wins a single game.

There is now a baseball Beanpot too with some games played at Fenway.

It is, every year. TD BankNorth Garden. Hard tickets to get too! BU tends to be the team to beat, and has dominated historically. Still the same 4 teams, you're correct.
