How do you put all your yahoo contacts into outlook contacts?

Please help, im doing one by one and its taking so long:(
Can you explain to me how should i do this.

Open your address book in Yahoo Mail. Upper right hand side it says import/export. Click on that choose the Outlook option.

Then go to your Outlook and import. Import should be under the File menu
