Depends on what opinion. I'm pretty opinionated. Like my opinion on animal rights (it's a key to our society. GO VEG!), you probably can't change my opinion on that because I base it completely on facts. On the other hand, there is my opinion that olive is a very, very gross color. But, hey, if you find me a really awesome shirt that is olive, you just might make me change my mind.
