How did I miss this question?? I must have been having my midnight snack! I gave my mother's poor tired feet a foot massage on mother's day. As for me, I don't think I've had a foot massage in at least a year from when I got a pedicure.

Yesterday, a Chinese gentleman gave me an hour-long herbal foot massage. He also gave me a shoulder massage so I don't have any pain.....and I have spent thousands at a chiropractor without such great, immediate results.

Last night. Cool huh? I am from Hawaii and it is a partof what we do, aI also walk on backs tosettle the vertabrae back into place and stretch the muscles, and YES I taught my children how to do this!!!!!
