Wow, Intense. It sounds to me you protecting your sister from sexual abuse by sacrificing yourself. Leaves me wanting more.

BUT THEN
Sis hides and denies
Whoever He is, he must be scary/spooky to make sis hide!! It is good for her safety if the speaker accepts seeing phantasms!!
Impression I get is of two little girls hiding under some cover in the lawn, giggling about Him, maybe Dad or some man, uncle/bigger brother bugging one of them to go clean her room!!

Sounds like a sibling fighting a male family member who is desiring to abuse the smaller sister.
