every morning your neighbor lets there dogs out and they **** in your yard? And they watch em do it!?

the first time, ask if they intend to clean up after them. be polite, yet firm. the second time, clean it up yourself and deliver it on their front porch. the third time, make a citizen's arrest for trespassing.

Set out the sprinkler and fire it up while they're crouched and unable to run away fast.
