I opened the door to a bad man. He did not kill me but he beat the crap out of me.

yes I ran over a rabbit and killed it one time. I felt bad I love animals. I guess that was an accident though. I went hunting before when I was younger and killed a deer I guess that can be a fatal mistake I didn't kill the deer right away I had to shoot it in the head to put it out of its misery it was looking at me with him big brown eyes crying and screaming I have never been hunting since. Don't tell anyone I don't want anyone laughing at me LOL. Guys are suppose to love hunting LOL

I've not committed any "fatal" mistakes yet, but I've made some bad mistakes. I look back & wish I would have done things differently. But I didn't. I can't change it, so why dwell on it? I try to learn & move on.

I accidently killed my pet bird. My finch had dried food stuck on his foot and I thought that I could get it off if I held his foot under running water in the sink. Well, I must have been holding him too tight or for too long because he stopped breathing. I felt soooo bad!

Yes.... in college.
We were in the dorm, getting rocked one Friday night on Vodka... I wondered what would happen if I put a shot of vodka into my dorm mates fish tank...
1 minute later...2 dead fish...
He was NOT amused....

yes, I accidentaly backed over my dog. He never laid behind the wheel, except this one very sad day. I still back up more carefully than anyone else I know.
