Make sure all bedding never touches the floor. Keep the bed posts tacky or in water filled metal buckets. Make certain bed has no contact with other furniture or walls. Don't ask why.
The good news is they usually eat each other . . .

Snuggle up and dream sweet dreams of large, white, loving, furry creatures.
The polar bear will dream tonight,
Of last night's ventures into the night.
His mission was good and kind and true,
His wish was to bring sweet rest to you.
Joyous now is this kind polar bear,
Slumbering sweet tonight, within his lair.
