Personally, I feel the judge made the right decision. Send that jobless, free-loading little b**** back to jail where she belongs. We all know none of us would get the preferential treatment she's gotten. Nor, would we get the media coverage she has. She's a spoiled rich kid. Nothing more, nothing less.

We may not have all the answers to the Hilton's current problem, but I reckon it's a safe bet that we won't ever read about her again in respect to driving while under suspension with the car lights off!! Whatever they do with her now, I'd say her punishment will have been effective!

I didn't see it...but I don't think the broad knows how to "act." OFF TO JAIL WITH HER!! If she thought Court was bad...wait until a female deputy does a body search on Paris. bend over Ms. Hilton!

well i felt kinda bad 4 her..
i mean shes lived this sheltered, protected life.
and growing up with extremely wealthy, well-know parents, plus the fact that she's famous, has sort of put her in a situation where she doesnt get any consequences for her actions.
but having to do the full sentence will probably help her wake up...so its good for her.

Honestly, she does deserve her probation but not for 40 days. She should get the 2 day probation like the average DUI jailing, the judge only is forcing her back to jail and making her do 40 days because of who she is, not for what she did.

I don't know, I hate her as much as the next guy, but I think the tears were real. I'm sure she's terrified, this is like burning in hell compared to the lifestyle she is used to. Oh well....you do the crime...well, you know the rest. ;)
