There this guy who lives near me...
My mom lets me BBQ alot and I invite friends over and we get in the pool and have fun, but theres this one I heard he likes me, but you know Im not really into him... anyway whenever I got in the pool he immediately came over to me and spread my legs and made me straddle his lower torso.. and he was aroused.. and umm I was uncomfortable I asked him to put me down and he thrust the lower part of himself toward me...
I mean he's a nice guy and Im upset anymore.. but I was if it was sexual harrasment..

Thank You

You should be upset. He's not a nice guy at all.

I certainly hope that you told your mom about this. If you didn't, you need to do so immediately.

Yikes, just read your other questions. I didn't realize this was just a scenario. So, in this scenario, the girl should be upset. The guy is not a nice guy at all. The girl in the scenario should tell her mother immediately.

It is not sexual harassment. It is just boorish rude behavior. You should go inside next time he comes over. Don't you have a fence around your pool that you can lock to keep him out? You should tell your parents if it happens again. Teenage boys always have an erection so if you are not interested in him stay away.

What did he say? Did he act like he was playing with you? Did he immediately let go of you when you told him to? You need to give us more info. I'd say stay away from this guy!!

Yes without a doubt, it is very close to being attacked. Always remember, say no and make it clear to him or any guy you don't appreciate what they are saying or doing. If you go alone with any action or go alone with what is said you are "consenting" to that behavior. Knowing your friends and who you can talk about certain subjects is important. If you don't trust them, you don't talk to them about certain topics. Let your Mom know about it, and make sure to stay clear of him.

I don't know if it is technically sexual harassment, but it certainly is not adequate. Depending on how he behaves on other occasions, you might want to consider cutting him off of your relations. You never know what the fu** is going on in other people's head and what they might do next.

I don't know the laws of that outside the workplace but it is way inappropriate to say the least. what a pig.

if that happened while you were at work, or school, it would be "sexual harassment"

i think you've got enough to press charges for battery though
