yes, you still can contract and std. Contact was made. Though the changes are slimmer.

It is possible to contract an std if there is intercourse without a condom, it does not matter if it lasted 1hr or one second. Even if he did not *** you could get contact std like herpes. Although, you would prob notice his warts or something. You are prob fine, especially if you have known the person. Don't worry too much, simply wait and see or go to the doctor and have a pap smear. Yes you can get stds from just simply having contact of any kind for no matter how long. Go get checked out at the clinic and make sure you never allow yourself to go umprotected again.

"Counting" doesn't matter as it is subjective, but the fact is any sexual activity without a condom can pass on STDs. Just watch it next time and get tested.

it is possible the stds did spread because even when a guy withdrawls there is possible spread of stds so id go get tested and be safe

Yes. Diseases can be passed along ON CONTACT.
That means that time isn't an issue. You can get pregnant and you can get diseases with the exchanging of bodily fluids.
