I think that Stairway to Heaven was probably one of the biggest hits ever...even kids today know it. Seems like everyone's gotta "Get the Led out". lol I'm not sure that this song is considered a greatest song of all time, but REM's "Losing my Religion" has played continually on radio stations for years now. "American Pie" seems to be another popular long term player....course, my personal favorite is John Mellencamp's "Jack and Diane" : )

If I had to choose one single it wouls be All Along The Watchtower by Jimi Hendrix. The guitar brilliance of Hendrix with the songwiting of Dylan as well as awesome production . Listen / download here

i personally think Don't Speak by No Doubt is one of the greatest songs, i can listen to tht non stop and i honestly don't kno anyone who doesn't like that song
