well i dont know exactly, but subway is much much better than mcdonalds!
when you go into subway, you see what they are doing. they dont sneak any fatty ingredients in. its all fresh.
but if you eat at subway everyday, you might get a little heavy because of the meat and cheese EVERYDAY. it isint because of the bad ingredients, but it would be that fact that you are going there everyday.
BUT....if now and then you want to get a good sub, subway is the way to go!

I wouldn't do it every day but as a one off you should be ok with it. I don't think you're going to put on loads of weight because of it. Just don't adopt it as a lifestyle choice, as although there's salad included and you seem to have eaten fruit through the day also, it's better for your body to have a variation of different foods and vegetables to provide all you need nutritionally. x I don't understand why it's in vegetarian/vegan if you had chicken and turkey though. :-P

Go to subway.com They have a section in there. Also, you can get a nutritional brochure at your nearest Subway.

subway has a pamphlet at the register that spells it out for you. why it is not online is a mystery to me.
