You know, someone we're both familiar with did something like that just recently. It can be just a wee bit, umm, irritating, but only because you want them to trust you enough to feel safe enough to say what's on their mind. You know what I mean, Friend?

Not always. Maybe they realized the question was inappropriate of maybe they figured out the answer before even finishing the question.

I have someone in my life that does that continuously. I think it is a control issue. He will say just enough.......

For instance... He says you really piss me off........that's it no more, never says what I did to Piss him off......
