I feel so sorry for Paris! I love her because she's a rolemodel to young women and girls. Paris should not be back in jail! If she wants to drink and drive it is her own buisness. The only reason why some people hate her is because she is rich and better then them. She should not be back in jail.

You could try for a more stable role model, but there isn't any question that shes been railroaded. No one can drink and drive, its illegal, and pretty stupid too when she got stopped for that she simply should have put a chauffeur on the payroll and waited out her time. Her other two stops were for driving on a suspended license. Not usually something one goes to jail for.
What bothers me more is the glee that some people fee that a young woman is going to jail. It is a reminder of the woman who sat and knitted as the Nobility lost their heads on the guillotine. Its very vicious and unseemly to behave that way.
Some how getting lost in all this is that a young, unstable woman is getting tossed around like a football by a legal system that is supposed to be fair and equal.

She should be back in jail. She is anything but poor. She broke the law and should pay like anybody else. If she was drunk she could of called a limo. She's rich and has the money to do so. What if someone died! The amount of money you have does not make a better person. Most of the times, it make people worse. She is NO rolemodel.

Paris ain't poor. She should know better not to act very childish in front of the world. And yes, she should serve her time in jail, just like everyone else.
Im laughing because you said that she can drink and drive, its her business. So, youre saying that she can murder someone with that behavior and get away with it, I don't think so!
She should realize that there are girls and young women that look up to her. Thats a big no-no to set the example there.

What are you MAD?!?! Of course she should be back in Jail! She could've hit someone! If you don't penalize her, she WILL serve as an example that it's "ok" to drink and drive. We'll see if you're so united with Ms. Hilton when someday someone you know gets killed by DUI! Don't talk of what you don't know! And 45 days?! That's NOTHING! The judge was too leniant!
If you want to see an unfair trial, read about Nuremberg or the Eichmann trial, not this Hilton scheisse!

I feel sorry for her only because her parents did such an incredibly bad job of raising her and setting boundaries. That's the reason she is as immature and screwed up as she is. Her parents should go to jail with her.
Or make them all stay in a Hilton hotel. I stayed in one recently and it was a dump run by a bunch of liars. As sleazy as the Hiltons themselves.

k, paris hilton is in no way a role modle to me, and im pretty young, what she did was wrong, if she had killed someone would it still be her own business? I can name millions of people who are better than her, promise. Besides the fact bending the law to fit celebreties is not what America does, move someplace else if you dont like it, and if you live here...well grow a brain quite honestly.
