The Boston Celtics between 1957 and 1969. In that time, they won all but two NBA titles.
I would also say the Montreal Canadians, up until 1993 (that is if they can't win the Cup this decade). They are the only franchise in any league with a decent history that has won titles in every decade of league existence.

Why do you bother to ask this question. The answer is obvious, the New York Yankees are the best dynasty in sports history. They've won 26 championships, no other baseball team even comes close. The Yanks are a dynasty because they've dominated their sport for a huge chunk of their existence.
