I have a german WWII flag that was brought back from germany, Where can I get this item preserved/restroed?

Where? Here is a direct answer to your question:

You need to contact the nearest museum and tell them that you need to talk with someone about restoring/preserving a World War 2 flag.
If they don't have a "curator of flags" (someone that is an expert and takes care of old flags) they should be able to give you the name/number of the nearest museum or location with a flags curator.
The museum flags curator will then be able to give you a list of local places that can restore and preserve the flag.
Also, some universities have a program where they assist in preserving and restoring old flags.
So check with museums, universities, and then local historical societies. They can be found on the internet, yellow pages, and/or chamber of commerce.

Very carefully, and with great circumspection. You will meet many people who do not want to see it restored. Just as the French conserved certain hated things from 1789, just as the Soviets conserved certain hated things from 1917, you must act cleverly to prevent destruction of an artifact of our era.

the Nazi flag that u have should be restored by puting it in a frame.
