I have an eMachines T5226 (http://emachines.com/products/products.html?prod=T5226)
And I want to know if these upgrades will work fine.

Video Card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130082

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098

Power Supply - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817189005

Again will these work fine and not damage my computer in any way at all?

1. Video card - Just make sure you have enough space inside the case for that bulky video card.
2. Ram - Your motherboard could possibly support up to ddr2 667 only. It will just slowdown your ddr2 800 to 667mhz but possibly at lower latency.
3. Power supply - Looks good w/ its healthy dual +12V rail.

I do not see anything there that could cause any trouble w/ your PC.
