2 is definitely D, I want one.
3 ... I wasn't aware that was disturbing you, I'll stop.

The odds either way are the same. This however may be affected by human test preparation error. Some test makers are more likely to produce tests with a certain letter choice appearing more frequently. There was a standardized test a while back on which a study was conducted showing this. In your case however, assume that there is no human factor. If this is done than all letters that are possible on each question have equal probability than any other answer.

1 a. prudish people whom I tend to steer very clear off believe me, tend to be very insecure which leads me to blame religion and bad parenting.
2 c. when I was just a little boy my father took me and my brother Hank to a traveling fair in the city. Me and Hank were trouble makers and decided to sneak away well my father was flirting with a Cotton candy vendor. We wanted to find the elephant cage to see it up close but we stumbled upon a party of little people, it was the strangest thing I had ever seen there must have been ten or twelve of them all hanging out drinking. The very sight of them left my mouth gaping in dumbfounded wonder, one of the little people, he must have been there leader spotted us and soon we were surrounded. It was terrifying they were shouting and spitting telling us that we were bad for judging them. Before they let us go they put a curse on me, that from that day on I would creep out anybody that I looked me in the eye. A perfect bit of vengance for what they assumed I had been doing to them.
Its true and if you don't belive me just rent one of my movies and see what im talking about, my ability to creep speeks for itself.
3 d. I do this in my house from time to time only I sing 50's music and do it to freak out my maids. I think it generally incourages them not to steal. But not as much as when I hide behind the curtins and surprise them after hours of watching them.
