It only gives me the option to "save target as" but that never works if I try to post it on YouTube or someplace like that. Will that work if I just want to get it to Windows Movie Maker? Is there any easier way to get these videos from Windows Media Player to the Movie Maker? If that makes sense, thanks.

In Media Player, right-click the top bar, and select "Save Target As...", and the open Movie Maker. Drag the video you saved into movie maker. In movie maker, save the video as any file you like. Might work, might not.

Please try TubeHunter from Neoretix which downloads videos from over 300 youtube kind webs, and save all downloaded video/music to Windows Media Player.

To save videos your watching.Click on file,click on add to library then click add current playing item and it will go to the library.

wnen i want to save a video in Vista,right click,select save as,save in specified folder [ usually public videos ] . in vdeos,click view and select slideshow. runs all videos as a slide show,kewel!
