it means that
$20 out of $150, off
how much out of $100

find the equivalent fraction of 20/150 provided that the denominator of that fraction should be 100.

x=20/150; simplify by 10 you're left w/
x=2/15 divide 2 by 15 \
x=.133333.... Multiply by 100 to get your percentage
x=13 1/3%
